Service Availability:
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
User Accounts

- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Disclaimers & Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
We're not responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or other legitimate business reasons.
Effect of Termination
- Your access to the service will be revoked
- Any remaining processing quotas will be forfeited
- This agreement will remain in effect for 30 days post-termination
Changes to Terms

Continued Use: Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
